    Hi,

Anyone know of any free, easy to use tool that I can use to find out all the properties of an AVI file? I.e dimensions, audio and visual codecs? FPS?

    Thanks in advance

    d4zlia,

If you have a set-top Divx player you can burn the AVI files as a data CD/DVD. Otherwise, you would have to encode them to DVD.

FWIW AVICodec does a pretty good job identifying stuff too.
