What type of Dvd for PS2?

    umm im going to go buy a dvd-writer.. but when i saw that there are dvd- and dvd+ i was wondering... which ones do i use for pS2? and if they both work will one work better than the other....?


    by which one do i use i mean if i want to backup my ps2 games which dvd do i need to use?

    I think it depends what version PS2 you have. I use DVD+R for my V9 with Matrix Infinity.

    Rule of thumb is DVD-R which is more compatible than any other type of DVD.
    Also the recommended brand for the media from me is Ritek Go4.
    Also u can use Taiyo Yunde, Maxel, or Sony or whichever one your PS2 likes.
    Mine ps2 loves the ritek go4 so much, the disc spins just like the original.
