i get a flashing red light when my chip is off error 13 and i can not get to my saved game on the hard drive so i can clear them. the dvd player does not work. i can copy game just fine but thats it. the guy who installed it does not know whats up his works fine but mine does not is it a software problem or what. can someone help me show me how to do it myself
Did you replace the HDD. If so it needs to locked to use it with the chip off. SEarch the forums about loc/unlock hdd.
you say it's just with the mod chip off ? im guessing there could be some dashboard files missing. a error 13 is a dashboard launch error 13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.
