When I'm scrolling Down a page there is a delay before it starts moving. Then it does it at a third of the page at a time.
Could anyone tell me how to stop this and put it right.
Thanks to all who can help me

Depending on your browser, look down; there should be a bar or text saying "transferring data for www.*****.com. If not, you should see a load button. In all cases, wait till the text disappears, and your browser should be fine now.

You can go to the Control Panel and double click on "Mouse". Then click on "Wheel" tab, in Mouse Properties window. You can set how many lines it moves, with each notch, from roll of the wheel. This, if you're using the wheel.

I hardly ever use the arrows, to scroll. I just grab and drag the scroll bar. It moves at whatever speed I move it, unless the page hasn't finished loading, as salinger said.....
    Good luck!
