during reassambly of my ps2 after modding. i think i ruined the ribbon to the controller/mem card. where would i be able to find a new one? and do you think it could be the reason i'm gettin black screen on boot up. i made a few mistakes while installing but fixxed them since and still have black screen. i even took the chip out to see if the board was fried, and it wasn't. any suggestions? i've been workin on this on and off for about 2 months and i'm having no luck. so if anyone could help me out i would appreciate it.
    thank you.

If you are in need of parts I know a couple sites that might be interesting to look at.The two sites are http://www.videogamerepair.com and http://www.richspsxparts.com .I have talked to one of the admins off of the richspsxparts site and they seem to have a pretty good service.I had a friend that bought one of the new pstwo systems and a switch broke off of it.They offered to buy the system broken from my friend so they could use the parts. It is not a bad site, and I seen alot more sites where you can buy replacement parts just forgot the names of them sorry man.
