Where's AUTORUN.INF, dvd-rom.exe, and go.exe after an iso shrink using DVD Shrink 3.2. They are in the pre-shrink. Will moving them from the pre-shrunk iso to the shrunk iso cure the startup problem and how can I move them?

Suggest you should read the DVD Shrink guides available from this site.

Ripping/encoding with DVD Shrink in ISO mode will produce an ISO file in your chosen folder ready for burning.

An iso rip with decrypter, read with isobuster, shows in the iso DVD_VIDEO file:
    AUTORUN.INF
    JACKET_P
    VIDEO_TS
    dvd-rom.exe
    go.exe
In the dvd shrink 3.2 iso version I get:
    AUDIO_TS
    VIDEO_TS
Why are the file and folder names missing and/or changed? Isn't this why my dvd's will not autoplay?
