   well, at the moment all iphones can be jailbroken except this on the newly released 3.1.3 Firmware

   according to http://www.jailbreakingtheipad.com/2010/02/11/jailbreaking-the-all-new-ipad/ it wont take very long to jailbreak the ipad / iphone, as they both will be using the same firmware
