i own NDSL, i was thinking of buying M3 lite because it support GBA,DS, movies, music, its standalone, slot 2(fits perfect for NDSL)... Are there any better slot 2 hardware out there that supports these features? [IMG]

What do you mean by standalone?

You will need a Passcard3 with that to be able to boot it in DS mode.

what i mean by standalone is that i just have to use the slot 2 and i dont need a Passcard3(or anything related)...
So your saying that i still need to buy Passcard3 for that?

I have R4 with my NDSL. now im looking a slot2 device to play videos, sound, ebook, GBA, etc. that R2 doesnt have.

i heard about x-com but this device stickout in the slot 2...

And one more thing, Can i use the R4 as a subtitute for a Passcard3?

yeah, m3 lite is the best slot 2 device, especially for GBA support. and yes, you can use R4 instead of a passcard.

if by software, you mean new firmware for the DS, then no. you dont have to do anything to your DS for the M3 lite to work
