    Try using the following settings:

    Trim Rom, 4xDMA, Software Reset

Also make sure your games are not corrupted or pre-patched for other devices.

By re-downloading them from elsewhere, or as you have a an M3 Perfect you can dump them yourself using dumper.nds (google it) because obviously you have to own the originals or what your doing is illegal.

If the games still don't work, I would assume your SD/CF card is not very good, check what score your card gets on this list:

Also make sure you have defragmented your card, and maybe run scandisk to check for nay errors.

All 5 games you have mentioned have had problems on the M3 before, mainly due to slowness of SD/CF card used.

When you updated the M3 firmware you did update the gamemanager too right?

If the card is slow several things can happen, if the game streams data from the card it will run slowly, if it loads before running it loads slowly, if it streams music and/or video it will stutter, or in extreme cases it will just white screen when trying to start the game -i would say try the catlevania test - but obviously you can't ¬_¬

I have pretty much ran out of ideas of what is wrong, sorry but I can't think of anything else that could be stopping the games from working.
