I downloaded an SNES emmulator and I unpacked it and put it an my xbox harddrive under apps and then under games like I did the media player. I will not recognize them. How do you use these roms and emmulator.
With most emulators for xbox all you need to do it transfer the folder with your emulator and rom files onto the hard drive. Make sure that you default.xbe it included when you first open the folder. (i.e. dont burry it 2 folders deep) Then make sure your config.ini file in your c:\ drive for evox is looking at the right drive. You may need to change it from e:\ to f:\
Which dashboard are you using? If it's evox, you'll have to edit the evox.ini file. Try adding this into one of your menus in the .ini file... Item "SNES Emulator","c:\apps\games" Or wherever you have your emulator set up Also make sure that it's an .xbe file that you're trying to run, not a .exe. Hope this helps
