    Going to try wording this question so that i dont break rules. Is there any way i can find out who actually owns the server so i can buy direct rather than a reseller??

    no, its just an ip address. welcome to the internet. used to bother me that folks connected to pay servers but in truth its really your choice. wanna do that, be a twit.
