Ok I replaced laser in my wii. After replacement it was making a funky sound so I figured it was the laser hitting the disc or the wii laser getting stuck while moving. I made sure laser could move freely like its supposed too. Normally the wii makes a whirring noise when accepting the game now it doesn't even do that. When I attempt to put the game in the power light on the console turns green so I'm not sure why the drive isn't getting power. Earlier the brown wire on the pcb to the motor thing came loose but I soldered it back on. It accepted the disc but then it wouldnt eject so I removed with tweezers and tried to reinsert it but nothing happened no noise or anyhting just the green power light. Any suggestions to what I can check or try to get it working again?

I think your Nintendo laser is not properly replaced and thats why it make some noise. So it is better to get it back to the store from where you replaced laser.
