I always just use the GameShark Lite version for PS1 games you can find it here off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=21190&item=8157010981&rd=1 .I wouldn't worry about the auction time left either they have a whole bunch of them lined up,just type in GameShark Lite in the search panel.I hope this helps you out or if you want to since you have a PS2 you could get the GameShark2V2 which has a PS1 extra disc with it and that also works for PS1 backups. You can find that here on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11319&item=8156834973&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW .I hope this helps you out on picking which GameShark to use as a boot disc for PS1 games.
