I am having problems extracting from rar files. There are approx 90 files totalling 4.33gb. Every time i try to extract it completes about 90% then says that the the disc is full. I have 24gb left on my hard drive so i assume it has nothing to do with this. Please could someone help me out. I am running windows me.

I assume that there is one big file to be extracted.
The file system you are using limits the maximum file size.
FAT32 -> Maximum file size is 4 GB
Never used Win Me so does it even support NTFS?
If so convert the file system to ntfs.

NTFS is just another file system like fat32 but has no file size limitations like fat32. In XP there is a CONVERT command that can be used so you don't loose any information. I'm not sure if that can be used in ME. Do a search for FAT32 to NTFS and see what comes up.
