In My Computer it tells me that the blank disc has 0 capacity and free space then it turns the DVD-RW drive into a "CD-Drive". But all the burning progs I use say the media is blank, which is really weird. Running an Intel mobo with a Pioneer DVR-106D (Just re-flashed back to 1.05), tried Imation,Verbatim,Memorex and E3works media and still zippo. Any ideas? Could this be what is screwing up the erase procedure of my RWs? Or is it just Nero? THX.

Its Nero 5.5.10.50, will try that out. Could it have anything to do with multiple burning apps installed? Or maybe I should just format everything and start from scratch...

Sometimes there is a conflict yes...

It could be because Nero has ASPI drivers installed ready for anything & if using a different app you might need to d/l ASPI drivers
I have never had this problem but it could be down to something like this.

I would try Nero [Burning Rom] by itself & see how you go then CHUBBS
