I am planning to buy this Windows 8.1 tablet.
    iBall Slide WQ32 Win 8.1 (<--link)
Looks pretty impressive for the price.

So what I want to know is:

    1) Whats the difference between the Desktop Windows OS and this? Is this the EXACT same or are there any limitations to it?

    2) Will it support all the great apps that I "acquire" from the Internet as seamlessly as my desktop does?

3)Will I be able to install Other versions of Windows on it (Windows 7 or 10) If I wanted like desktop?

You do not need to worry about it,my sister has bought one two days ago,it can support all the apps that you "acquire" from the Internet as seamlessly as your desktop and maybe Windows 7 is more convenient than Windows 8.1,you can just change it.
