Windows media files to MPEG

    How do i go about converting windows media files (audio/video) to an mpeg?Iv got a few clips i want to put on a dvd so i need to get them in mpeg format.

    im cool with using tempgenc for dealing with mpegs and avi's but the files i have are ASF - tempgenc only reads the audio, im trying to get them into mpeg - doesnt seem to be any guides for this?

    do a google search for asf converters. The one I use is called Bullsoft asf converter

    WinAVI Video Converter http://www.winavi.com which can convert video files to dvd/vcd/mpeg format, and it also can support to burn them.
