windows media player 11 error

    I have been using windows media player 11 for a long time.I got this code and don't know what to do.C00D10DA Windows Media Player encountered a problem while burning the file to the disc. For additional assistance, click Web Help. Can someone help. T his is the first time this has ever happened.

    If these don't work , I would try re-installing a fresh version
    of WMP , and / or try updating your firmware for the burner.

    My guess is your firmware needs to be updated to be compatible
    with the discs your using.

    That or you may even want to try using a different program to burn your music files to a disc.
