    Hi Everyone.

I hope I have posted this question on the right page.

I’ve just started using windows movie maker and all is well.

Once I have copied the movie to disc it plays like a dream on my computer. But if I put it in my DVD player it won’t play. I have a couple of DVD players in the house and they are all different brands and it won’t work on any of them.

I have a feeling that once the movie is ready and I reach the part where I name the movie and then the wizard (which has the setting on) im doing something wrong.

I clicked on the SHOW MORE CHOICES button, but I would not know where to begin.

How can I use Movie Maker and put it on to a Disc that will play in my DVD player?

    Thanks for your help.

    Vinny

If you're just burning the output to disc it's not going to play. For DVD Video it has to be in mpeg2 format and then authored to produce DVD compliant files.
