Ok. I just reinstalled Windows and there are some problems. When I started I was deleting the old partitions but I couldn't delete the C partition, the one with...basically all the data. It said it held temporary installation files. When I finally installed Windows (many hours later) I thought everything was going fine...until I noticed that every file was still on my computer...I had only reisntalled windows instead of wiping my computer clean and putting windows on (all the drivers were also gone). Can anybody help me do that? Completely reload my computer?
should be fairly easy 1. stick in your windows disc and let it load 2. when you get the option you want to do a full format and install (this will take quite a while) this way it will wipe the whole hard drive clean and start fresh. You will have to reinstall everything and doo all the Windows updates up to present time. http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windowsxp_sg_clean.asp http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316941
