windows shutting down for no reason

im there downloading my torrents and leave the comp on and it wil crash and reboot an hour later and the torrent site goes off obviously but windows says recovered from a serious error.

 

Have you tried looking in windows "Event viewer"? This should give you the information of the cause, prior to shutdown and restart.
