Sorry if this has been covered anywhere but i looked around and i could not find much help.

During my startup I have a LOT of processes that start up, the processes are part of the programs that don't even load the programs at the startup. I want to know how i can prevent these processes from starting up. After i delete all these processes i'm usually left with the basics that make windows run but they're are at least 10 i have to end and it gets frustrating.

thanks, and by the way i have vista..
