Hi I am having problems installing updates kb 2574819 kb 2864202 When re-starting both update are failing to configure and are causing the pc to go into a re-start loop I am running windows 7 home 64
check they are not already installed check what they are for to see if you actually need them then hide them if you don't download & install manually
Hi thanks for the reply I have hidden them so they wont update every time I switch on my pc I think I might need to clean my registry keys, anyone know of any good software to use or would I have to get a copy of win7?
Registry clean won't help attempt to download the files direct from microsoft downloads (download with browser like you would any other software) ,however if they already show as installed nothing needs to be done apart from ignoring them
