Windows Vista detection problems...

    Hi, I have windows vista and I want to install my motorola razr V3 drivers, but when i connect my phone to the computer via usb, the pc tries to install them automatically and it does not find them even though they are on the desktop, i HAVE to install them manually, but i dont know how to make i so I choose the folder and not the pc. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

    you can try putting the drivers on your desktop from the cd or downloading them. then when it asks you to search for the drivers click on the desktop icon(if vista has it) or go C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop

    You see thats the problem, it wont let me search for them, it searches by itself, it wont let me choose the drivers manually.
