WinDVD creator won't burn DVDs

    Hi. Hope someone can help me! I've been trying to make a backup disc of a dvd. But when I try and burn the disc it says 'there is not enough space in the temporary directory'. How do I solve this?

    hi sally,
    can you click my computer on your desktop, go to your c: drive and right click the c: drive icon.Go to properties and tell me how big your hard drive is and how much space is available

    Hi,
    Thanks for replying.
    My hard drive capacity is 37.2GB and the free space is 25.9GB.

    there shouldnt be an issue.Wheres the temp folder located

    The temp folder is located in 'My Documents'.
