most frustrating day of my life...
I have WinDVD creator and attempted to burn a home video on a DVD-R..it told me "this disc type is not supported"..I looked under help and it said it only supports DVD-RW or DVD+RW..I went and bought DVD-RW it said the same thing...I went out and bought DVD+RW and it still said the same thing!!! $50 later no DVDs burned and it still tells me "this disc type not supported"! I am trying to make DVDs of my son for my parents PLEASE HELP ME! Thanks to all...take care!-Tony

This is on your PC right?
What kind of DVD writer do you have? Make & Model
I havent use that program before, but most programs don't care what kind of media you use as long as your drive supports it. Sounds strange..

    Also what brand of media?

Does this happen when you click "make a movie" and is your dvd burner listed under the drives?
