Winhiip Error

    I plugged my hdd into my computer via ide cable but when i start winhiip and click select drive it says " Error No PS2 Formated HDD Found " so i wiped the hdd clean myself and tried it again but still the same error should i get a new hdd or is it a problem with winhiip?

    you need to format it using winhiip

    You just select the hdd.
    AFter the error, the format button at the bottomg of winhiip should be available. Click that and follow the steps.

    thanx for your help but that's the thing when i plug the hdd into my comp and open winhiip it wont let me select a hdd it just keeps saying there arent any and the format button does not become available after the error message
