Here is a tool brought to you buy the Dev-Team. its a great app that allows you to "Pwn" your ipod/phone and then build custom .ispw files (Custom firmware) which can include custom boot Images and custom Recovery images. The windows version (Winpwn) was made by CMW while the Mac version was made by the Dev Team.
