    Hi,

I've made a backup a while ago of a few things I didn't want to lose, I zipped it with Winrar. Now I wanted to unrar it, but it gave an error:

Winrar Diagnostic Write Error - not enough free diskspace and files over 4gb are only supported by NTFS.

After this I made my drive D:\ NTFS, but it still gives me the same error, I don't get it, can someone plz help me out here?

    thanks in advance, Cucito

Ya i have, but i took a better look at it and i figured it out. I converted my D:\ drive to NTFS, but i didn't convert my C:\ Drive. That matters becos Winrar stores temporary files in C:\..\.. (i forgot the exact location) and then moves them to where you want them. So all i had to do in order to unpack it was to move the temporary files destination to D:\

thnx for looking at my post tho, hopefully you can help other ppl with the same problem out with this in the future :)
