I have a laptop that was connected to the internet wirelessly by picking up on someone's connection but my son messed with the isp numbers. Do you know how to get the connection back. i cannot connect through my main PC because my ethernet card blew out and I cant connect the adapted to a router now.

If you either go into your browsers properties an check the connection tab and then click on lan settings if you are using IE and then click Auto detect ip addresses etc..

If that does not work go into your routers page and make sure you have everything on the default settings.

If you have an issues with your adsl modem click on restore to factory defaults and that should make everything ok.
