I need some help. Last night I put my HP dv6000 laptop in hibernate mode, and when I turned it back on, the WLAN was disabled. When I opened the HP Wireless assistant, the WLAN Device wasn't showing up in there. So I opened the device manager, and it still isn't there.

I tried adding it again with the add hardware wizard but it doesn't detect any new hardware. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Any suggestions? I keep trying everything I get from websites and nothing helps. Thanks.

Did you reboot? Hibernate was always know to be buggy. I never even condidered using it.

Yea, I try not to use it either, but when I closed my laptop it went into it automatically...and do you mean full system reboot or just restart? Because I restarted my computer when it happened and nothing changed.
