    Hi,

I just tried to compress "The Incredibles" DVD using all standard settings in ratDVD, and now I am trying to play the file. WMP10 crashes when the file is trying to be loaded, and if you click on the error report link, it appears that is has an issue with the ffdshow.ax file, modver 1.0.2.3. I have tried other players and dont seem to be able to get this to work.

To create the ratDVD file, I used AnyDVD to decrypt on the fly and all standard settings after initial ratDVD install. I did not have any issues with creating the file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have XP and every time I try to upgrade (or is it a downgrade) to media player version 10, My computer crashes. I had to reformat my main hard drive. I have an amd processor. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I will not try wmp10 again.
