.wmv file, how can i convert it into VCD? Get ERRORS

Hi ppl
Got this video show : The Dillinger Escape Plan - Full Set from hultsfred. I was trying to convert it into Mpg or avi, but it wouldn't let me do that, sez ERROR.
It playes fine, but i can't skip or forward it and its sux, cause its 1 hour 45min long.
One more thig: Sez> This clip is protected by copyright laws.
Ihad vidz like that before, just had to delete them.
Dunno what to do, can u help me ppl?
