I just found a site which is hosting some usernames and passwords for aD (and other similar sites), some of which actually work! The site has a policy of banning the usernames and passwords of sites on the request of the owner of the particular site. The 'conditions' that the site has to meet are: I think that aD meets the second criteria. If possible, the owners of aD should request a block of this site from it. They are. We've been aware of BugMeNot for years now and have requested them not to list our accounts on their site, but apparently they don't honor those requests. All accounts found on that page have been permanently banned and all new accounts appearing on that site will get banned also in the future.

Probably to make some money from the Google AdWords advertisements. These are "pay for click" ads so they make a few cents each time someone clicks through.
