Remember those limited edition Final Fantasy VII slim PSPs? Well... my friend has one, and we've been discussing whether to install custom firmware on it.

Resale value is not an issue, it's just a matter of how likely a brick is, even if I'm fairly sure I know what I'm doing (e.g. read and nearly memorize the instructions).

So, the $400+ question is... would YOU do it?

I'd say go for it. If you aren't going to enjoy it, why spend so much on it?
You can always go back to official firmware, also.

Perry is right. The Pandora was made to UNbrick.
