Write Error Help Please

    Hi,

    I Just Recently Purchased A New "Sony DVD RW DW-U18A"
    And When I Try To Burn A BAckup A DVD I Get This Error Message.

    I Have Tryed 3 Types Of Different Media Both DVD-R And DVD+R...And Still No Succesful Burn. The Medias I Have Tryed Are "Imation", "Memorex" And "Maxell"
    Can Anybody Give Me Any Suggetions On This Matter Please.

    Are you trying to backup original/commercial DVD's or copies?

    If you are trying to backup originals, you need to bypass the CSS encryption.

    You will need programs such as DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter or Anydvd in order to do this.

    Hi,
    I Have Tryed Both Originals And Copies. The First I Have Only Had 3 Successful Burns (copies from copies And A Copy From An Original). After That I Just Get This Error. I Have DVD For Free for The CSS encryption, If That Fails I got With DVD Shrink or VobBlanker. Any other Siggestions?
