I have bought a new cd-player from Lenco .. as it happens, this cd-player also supports vcd1.1 and photo cd 2.0. .. now I have been looking for an easy way to write vcd1.1 but I do not seem to find a solution that does not take me a whole day to prepare one cd

If somebody could spare some time to help me out, I will be very much obliged, thank you

sorry to disappoint you, but almost every burning software package now supports vcd2.0 only therfore you will probably need to find older burning software.

Have you tried it with vcd2.0. I don't see why it shouldnt work!

as it happens, you can create VCD 1.1 cd images for backwards compatiblity using VCDeasy, http://www.vcdeasy.org/

it will burn if ya cd writer supports raw/dao but if it dont it creates bin cue images that just need burning with any software that supports it (quick dRD plug NERO again);)

They should seriously start paying to us for promoting their software ;-)

Anyway, BIN/CUE guide for Nero is in our article page (see my sig).
