I have had an X3 installed on my 1.6 for a few months now. After taking it to my friends house and then bringing it home, it would not boot up to my evox dash. The chip itself lights up but the external switch does not. I took it apart to check all my connections and they appeared to be fine. Am I missing something?

Can you boot it up to the X3 Config live screen? (Hold the white button down on the controller at power up until the screen loads). If you can't, can you boot up to the loader BIOS (press power AND eject button together).

If you cannot do this, your D0 line may have come loose. If you have a solderless clip, this is common.

If you can boot to the X3 Config live screen, then your evox dash may have been corrupted, just reload it with the Slayer's or AID disk.
