yes, but you are going to have to be a lot more specific then that. You basically have to set up a network between your PC and Xbox so that the Xox can access the internet.
    Some things to note:
Brand and model of wireless router
Does the router have security enabled (i would hope so)
Have you owned any other Xbox that you were able to play online
Do you have basic networking skills
Have you looked over the information on Xbox.com that tells you how to set all of this up and how to forward ports if needed
are you running any firewall programs

and any other information that may be helpful

I have basic networking skills but i want to plug my 360 wireless adaptor into my pc (no xbox 360 involved) and connect to the internet using it as a WLAN reciever. Also you might ask why not just buy one? well after spending £60 on one i would like to be able to use it on my pc as well XD

I am not sure that you can use it for your PC, plus where do you expect to pic up the wireless signal? Does another PC in your house have a wireless router?
See the device is desigend for and even powered by your 360 console, so i doubt a PC would work at all.

you may just want to check into something cheap like the above USB wireless adapter.
