I accidentally posted this thread in the software section and i apologise for that. I followed the "Complete Xbox Backup Guide" on Afterdawn with the FTPing of the Xbox and using Qwix to burn the image file and i'm telling you everything i followed exactly. Burned it with DVD Decrypter to a Ritek DVD-R which is highly regarded on this website. However, i backed up prince of persia and ran it on my xbox and it starts off completely fine but when you select 'new game' as in actually start playing the game it does not work still, the 'this disc is dirty or damaged' screen comes up and that's as far as i get. I cannot begin to describe how frustrating this has been for me and if anyone could post anything that may be even remotely helpful i would appreciate it very much. Thanks
hi you tried making sure your xbox clock is set? this causes problems with some games. Also, try a slow burn)
