Hi, if anyone can help me or has any ideas I would be very greatful. I'm trying to stream movies from my computer to my xbox. I have done this before with no problems using windows xp but now I have a new computer with windows vista on it and it want work. I can FTP fine but when I share files on my computer I can't see them on the xbox media center explorer. I know like all the steps, like I wrote I got it to work fine with xp but not with vista. Can anyone give me a hand?
I used the Windows Media Connect 2 software with my 360, and it turns out when I had it running I could also use it with XBMC.
im having same kinda problem, i can see my pc and try to connect and it asks for a username and password i put my pc loggin info in and just get asked for it again... i have vista
