I read somewhere that if you have a version 1.1 the matrix is a real son of a gun to get working. One of the solutions was to solder the one point D0 from the chip to the board and disregard that on lonely pogo-pin. I cant get mine running and am considering this process. Any suggestions anyone.

Make sure the motherboard in your computer is an intel board that makes a big difference when flashing. also sometimes you have to pinch the chip against the programmer tightly and hold it there for it to program correctly.
