   Is it illegal to play a Zsnes Emulator on my PC? Go to a website and dl the games and play them on my PC?
   
   And if it is legal, which is better, the NES, or the SNES?

   its legal if you have the physical cartriges for the games you download, but its not like anyone really cares if you didn't.
