Zune software is not installing

    Hi when i try to install the zune software(i just bought my zune yesterday 5/12/0Cool it gives me the error 0x80070643 and this error message

    i already tried unzoone program and i did nothing for me

    any help is appricaiated and i need this done ASAP im going on a little trip soon and need something to listen to and watch
