Apparently if u remove ur battery during an update u know when it says do not disconnect the psp and stuff it will make the psp "crash" and reset...

I just followed the guide to change my fat psp 3.95 to a 3.71 m33-2 the one that was stickied so now i did my battery and the green light comes on...
