lol just back from hospital, my hand got burnt badly, now lets get back to the ps2, i have shortened all the wires and it seems to have worked for...
ok i cut down all the wires to about 3-5cms and its qworign but i will wait for an housr or two and report back
ok it seems to boot normally without the chip when i disconnect the w cable but when i reconnect it with a good install it giives me the bsod

well it turns out the fake chip was patching the ps2 worng so i replaced it with a mi green dot and its working perfectly so the wires were good....
ok , i am sending the ps2 to a normal ps2 repair man, the way i see it is, i have removed the power on the chip so it must be fine so i will live...
FFS it was working, i was playing mgs3 backed up for 1hr, then went to eat dinner,turned it back o and bam no signal when lid is open and black...
i was just wondering do you think that my ground cable is too thin cause everyone else has 1 big fat one but i have 2 small cables.
