    AnyDVD isn't doing anything wrong when it connects, it's just contacting slysoft for update info. If you stop it from doing this your updates...

    I run the same version, but it only tries to contact slysoft at startup. This is to check for updates. It isn't a continuous thing though.

    I was under the impression that Shrink only converts to .ISO files. She didn't use shrink to rip this disc if she is getting VOB BUP and IFO files...
