    HELP!! DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) Failed!

    What does this mean? I used dvd decrypter and shrink. When it got ready to burn, it gave me the error - DeviceIoControl(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME)...
