Since it's 15 mm, it should be a E15. However, I'm unable to find a E15 bulb. A E14 might work.

Is there anything written on the bottom or back of the lamp, be it letters or numbers? Also what does the rest of the lamp look like?

Is it possible that part of the bulb mount is missing because I don't see any way a bulb can be mounted? It does kind of resemble this....

I suggest either using 1-pass or asking tech support. The 2-pass uses a variable bit rate and I don't know what it's doing for that...

As I asked, what is the diameter of the screw threads? You can do a quick and dirty check but use a rule that is in mm.

It's either an E14 or E15 socket but when I try to insert the bulb it's either too big or too small.

all files used in Nero Video project are 32 bitrate Mp4s , 1920x1080, h264, export settings write to a BDMV also in h264, 33 bitrate.
