    Is DVD Shrink or Nero 6 not right??

    i never had luck with dvd shrink and I use nero 5.5.10.42 and no problems ... but i use nero express and all my discs play in xbox and dvd player...

    sounds to me like you need a dvd program on the laptop to play ...also the drive in your laptop might need firmware update to play ..those disc...

    Burnt disc with Nero, but it doesn't play

    sorry had to say i use dvd shrink 2.3 and nero express and that is all it takes to backup movie it removes protection ... encypts ..decodes...

    well I would use nero 5.5.1.45 or .42 both do very well and dvd shrink 2.3 never had a problem but i use nero express ..less room for errors...

    well the best and easiest way i found to copy dvd is to use dvd shrink and also nero ...I have backup 100 movies ... also I dont use nero 6 it...
